Brian Ramsay 
Brian Ramsay specialises in helping leaders, teams and organisations to adapt and be more effective in engaging with and influencing their external environment to produce results.
His career is characterised by a passion to help people and organisations develop and implement practical plans to succeed with major change and development.
Brian’s experience includes consumer marketing in domestic and overseas markets, public policy development and advocacy, R&D and commercialisation of research.
Before founding Inovact Consulting, Brian established and led Australian Pork Ltd, a $20m industry services company. Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ken Moore
Ken Moore is a government, industry, natural resources and business analyst, policy advisor and project manager with experience in research management and analysis. He has extensive scientific knowledge, particularly in social science and economic issues relating to primary industries, the environment, water, natural resource management, Indigenous economic development, and community sustainability.
Ken was recently the Senior Research Manager of the National Rural Issues in the Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation. He managed the National Weeds and Productivity Research Program, the Dynamic Rural Communities Program, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Rural Development Program and the Farming and Fishing Health and Safety Research Program. His portfolio is comprised of 75 national research projects.
Ken is driven by providing leadership, establishing strong interpersonal and team relationships and communicating effectively. His approach is to be encouraging and inspiring while pushing the limits for excellence. Ken’s core commitment and values relate to business, community and personal sustainability.
